Sample Roasting
Sample roasting is a key part of a roasting business success. Basically a sample roaster is to a coffee roasting company what a clean canvas is to a painter.
I began sample roasting at the age of 15 and have enjoyed working with thousands of samples over the years getting to know the nuances of natural and washed specialty coffees. As I did back in 1982, I still roast on a classic Jabez Burns sample roaster.
